General Contest Rules

Contests and games played on any Radio Results Network station and on radioresultsnetwor.com are for entertainment purposes only.

Each contest or game we play has it’s own set of specific rules, which you must comply with in order to qualify for any prize(s) associated with that contest or game.

You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to win a prize through any contest or game played on any Radio Results Network station or on radioresultsnetwork.com.

Depending on the specific promotion, the minimum age requirement may be increased to 18 or 21 years.

Employees and direct family members of Radio Results Network and it’s participating sponsors may not play or win a prize on a Radio Results Network or radioresultsnetwork.com contest or game.

Direct family members are defined as related persons living under the same roof.

Only one winner is allowed per household per 30-day period.

A household is described as persons living under the same roof.

Prizes are always awarded as described in promotional materials and may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize unless specifically stated.

Prize winners, are solely responsible for payment of any and all state and federal taxes related to the winning of a prize in a Radio Results Network or radioresultsnetwork.com contest or game.

All prizes awarded are accepted "as is" with no warranty implied by Radio Results Network beyond any specific warranty, which may be offered by the manufacturer of the prize.

Prizes awarded but not claimed or picked up with sixty (60) days from the conclusion of any Radio Results Network or radioresultsnetwork.com contest or game will be retained by Radio Results Network.
